(When you found out or determined a past match/tournament you were in, when did you start to train & eating differently? Would you start to change your diet 6 weeks prior to match, or 4 or 2? I understand that cutting is the last day or so, but did you do anything different when you started your training? I guess what I mean, is when do you really get strict on diet, with no extras, or such as sugars, or fats, or anything else?
