Do your cardio in the Morning

  • Scientific studies show doing aerobic exercises first thing in the morning is more effective for burning fat than aerobic exercise later in the day. You see, after an overnight fast (not eating while you sleep), blood sugar levels are low. Always remember that breakfast is still the most important meal of the day. This doesn’t mean not to work out later in the day but if you can break a sweat in the morning.

  • Reducing your calorie intake to an amount less than 8 times your body weight may cause you metabolism to institute energy-saving measures that reduce the rate your body burns calories It may also cause reduction in muscle. By feeding your body frequently (up to 6 times) throughout the day, you can avoid hunger cramps and maintain stable energy levels and a healthy metabolism.
