2011 IBJJF International Masters Absolute Championship Day Three Results!!

Jeff won the Jiu Jitsu IBJJF International Masters Absolute Champion. He had three matches on his way to winning the gold. He was very tired but he gutted it out for the win.

Paul won one lost one to place 3rd. He really has improved over the years and this was Paul's first win in Rio since becoming a Black Belt in BJJ, here are to many more wins Paul!!!!!

Randy didn't have a match so he won his open. Unfortunately for Randy he didn't have a match this weekend. But none the less He trained like a mad man to be ready for this Tournament. I was just as proud of him winning these medals then if he had a 100 matches to win.

I gave Jeff and Randy there Black Belts and Sue her Brown I had originally thought of doing this but had been talked into waiting until we got back to Fort Worth to give them there belts. Wendall suggested to me that I should give Jeff his black on the podium and I decided that I would give it to them all at the same time.

Medal count for the Tournament was 5 Gold Medals, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze. Not a bad weekend!!!
